Terms of Service – True Size

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of True Size ("the App"), a Shopify application provided by Moxie ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

True Size helps merchants present fit and size-related information on the Shopify storefront and in the Shopify admin, subject to Shopify platform availability, your theme setup, and the features enabled for your shop.

3. Shopify relationship

Your use of Shopify remains governed by your agreement with Shopify. The App operates only within Shopify's ecosystem and the permissions you grant. We may modify or discontinue features to comply with Shopify policies or for operational reasons.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing mechanisms as presented at purchase (including any trial or renewal terms shown at acceptance). You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your billing and store information accurate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to:

• Access data or systems without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, Shopify, or other merchants
• Use the App in violation of applicable law or Shopify policies

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. We are not responsible for third-party services (including Shopify), buyer devices, or theme conflicts outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any), or, if none, one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, risk, or legal requirements.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where prohibited by law.
